A. First of all, Congratulations on being a proud owner of SUMATOTEK Lithium Battery. In order to register for warranty follow the following steps:
- Open the company website @SUMATOTEK.
- Now you need to login into your SUMATOTEK Account to register for your warranty.
- Desktop View: Click on the “My Account” tab on the top right corner of the homepage.
- Create your new account or log into your existing account with your username, password or by using social login.
- Once you have logged in to your SUMATOTEK Account, you need to click on “Warranty Registration“. You can find this in your My Account menu located on the right-hand side hand of the “My Account” Page.
- After you have clicked on the Warranty Registration menu, you can see that your name, email, and phone numbers are auto-filled from your profile details. You can edit them if you like.
- Fill out the remaining details.
- Mobile View: Click on the “My Account” tab on the left bottom corner of your Phone Screen.
- Create your new account or log into your existing account with your username, password or by using social login.
- Once you have logged in to your SUMATOTEK Account, you need to click on “Warranty Registration“. You can find this in your My Account menu located in the middle of the screen and 6th after the “Account Details” tab.
- After you have clicked on the Warranty Registration menu, you can see that your name, email, and phone numbers are auto-filled from your profile details. You can edit them if you like.
- Fill out the remaining details.
- Desktop View: Click on the “My Account” tab on the top right corner of the homepage.
